If you’re having trouble connecting, try these quick fixes

Check your coverage: Make sure you’re in an area with good network coverage.
Enable mobile data: Go to Settings > Cellular/mobile data and make sure it’s turned on
Turn on data roaming: If you’re traveling, check that data roaming is on.
Correct data settings: If Wi-Fi works but mobile data doesn’t, check your settings.

How to configure APN settings (Android)

If your Android device isn’t connecting to the internet, it might need the right APN settings.

Here’s how to set it up:

✔ Go to Settings > Mobile networks > Access point names.
✔ Add a new APN with the following details:
✔ Name: Roampulse
✔ APN: truphone.com
✔ Leave everything else blank.

3G: 84kbps to 2Mbps

Did you activate your SIM? If your SIM isn’t activated yet, reach out to us and we’ll help you get set up.
Airplane mode: Make sure airplane mode is turned off.
Network selection: Set your network selection to automatic.

Why am I seeing a SIM card error?

If you see messages like No SIM or SIM not recognized, here’s what you can do:
Check the SIM: Remove the SIM and reinsert it correctly.
Locked device: If your device is locked to another provider, contact them to unlock it.
Damaged SIM: Request a replacement SIM if needed.
